• Information you give us directly, through our lead forms or by contacting us: your name, phone number, email address, desired move-in date, bedroom count, monthly budget, preferred area, and a self-reported credit range.
• Information collected automatically when you browse the site: the page you were on, the date and time, general device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, gathered through standard web analytics and advertising tools.

How we use your information

• To identify apartment communities that match what you're looking for and contact you about them by phone, text, or email.
• To introduce you to, and share your name and contact details with, apartment communities you choose to tour or apply to, so we can be credited as your locator and any applicable specials apply.
• To respond to questions you send us directly.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our website, including which pages and ads lead to real inquiries.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the specific apartment communities you're matched with or ask to tour, and with the service providers that keep our business running: our website host, our form processor, our email provider, and analytics or advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) that help us reach renters and measure our ads. Those providers only use your information to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Credit information

We don't run credit checks, and the credit range you provide is self-reported. We use it only to avoid matching you with communities whose approval standards you likely wouldn't meet. It is not verified, stored by a credit bureau, or shared for any purpose other than that matching.

Calls and text messages

By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that All Texas Apartments may call, text, or email you about your apartment search using the information you provided. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or contact us by phone or email at any time to be removed from our contact list.

Cookies and advertising

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook) to measure how people find and use our site and to show relevant ads. Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older seeking to rent an apartment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
